Mauricio Parra-Ferro, M.D. is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Medicine, where he ranked among the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society in recognition of his academic excellence. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Florida College of Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Parra-Ferro has distinguished himself as a dedicated scholar, authoring several peer-reviewed publications and presenting his research at both local and national conferences. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology –Head and Neck Surgery.
Passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care, Dr. Parra-Ferro is especially committed to serving the Spanish-speaking community. As a proud member of a Colombian family, he values cultural sensitivity and clear communication, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care.
In his free time, Dr. Parra-Ferro enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, as well as hiking, exploring the world, and honing his skills as an avid photographer.
